KRAKEN draws its soul from Emirati heritage, inspired by the legacy and spirit of fishermen and seafarers. Our menu follows nature’s rhythm, two parts sea, one part land, with over 70 % of our ingredients sourced locally. We work with local farmers for our produce, and with local fishermen and our own crew aboard Kraken to bring sustainable, line-caught seafood prepared using the ikejime technique, every ingredient handled with care and respect.
